POLICIES & PROCEDURES
Below you will find this list of policies and procedures that are in place to keep things running smoothly while you are attending your class.
POLICIES
If you feel you cannot attend your scheduled course time and day, please give at least 24 hours notice, so we may properly accommodate everyone. Every spot is important and precious time, so we ask that you give at least 24 hour notice from the start of your class time, or we will be unable to promise that we can reschedule you and your deposit may not be able to be refunded due to late cancellation.
PROCEDURES
In order for everyone to be able to reach their fullest potential, we ask that you arrive on time for class, have your cell phone silenced, wear comfortable clothing and shoes, and be prepared to sweat.
We ask that you do not text while you are in class unless an emergency, so that you may be able to focus on what is being taught.
We also ask if you are feeling unwell, you notify your instructor and practice safe social distancing and wearing a proper protective mask, or you may reschedule.
